Privacy Policy

VibeHuman is a small, focused product. We collect the minimum needed to make it work, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Identity: your name, email address, avatar URL, and OAuth provider ID — received from Google or GitHub when you sign in.
• Profile: your answers to the three identity questions (obsessions, energizing topics, known-for). These power the matching engine.
• Network activity: moments you create, intros you accept or decline, conversations, messages, and conversation ratings.
• Operational: your IP address (used for rate limiting only) and request logs retained for 30 days.

What we don't collect

• Tracking cookies or third-party analytics
• Advertising identifiers
• Any data from outside the VibeHuman product

How we use your data

Your identity model and activity feed the matching engine to surface relevant introductions. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your content to train AI models.

What other members see

Other members see your name, avatar, and the parts of your identity model relevant to a match brief. Messages are visible to the other party in the conversation only.

Subprocessors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Railway — hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google / GitHub — OAuth sign-in only

No advertising or analytics subprocessors.

Your rights

You can request a full export or permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Account deletion removes your data from production systems within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
